Shipping Policies

Cake people are endearing creations and sell quickly; so bear this in mind when you place your initial order. Plan ahead and place your orders early. For Holiday orders, please allow 3-6 weeks delivery time. Cake People will fill orders as promptly as possible during the holiday season. Last minute orders will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis. If any ornament choices are unavailable at the time of order, you will be notified with suggestions for replacement ornaments that should suit your needs.

Great care is taken in the making of Cake People. They are carefully packaged and shipped. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please let Cake People know through e-mail or by phone within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your ornaments will be replaced, or your money refunded, (less shipping and handling costs), upon the receipt of the returned items. Try to return the ornaments in their original box, with their original packaging, and tell us in writing your reason for the return. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
